What this service is for

Our Day Album is a private wedding photo album and guestbook for one event. Guests add photos, hearts, names, and notes from their browser using a private wedding code and no app download.

Eligibility and account use

To use this service, you must be authorized to set up the wedding or be invited by the owner. Owners are responsible for keeping the wedding code secure and for choosing a plan that matches their event needs.

Plans and limits

Plans are one-time event purchases and are not subscriptions. Current capacities are:

• Essential: 1,000 photos and 6 months of gallery access.
• Keepsake: 3,000 photos and 2 years of gallery access.
• Legacy: 10,000 photos and 5 years of gallery access.

All plans include unlimited guests, owner moderation tools, and the ability to download the full collection after the event.

Guest participation

Guests should use the private wedding code only for the wedding it was shared for and upload only content that is appropriate for the wedding. Any content that may violate law, privacy, or safety rules may be removed.

Content ownership

Guests retain ownership of their photos and guestbook entries. By uploading, guests allow Our Day Album to host that content for the selected wedding and allow the owner to display and download it as part of the private wedding gallery.

Moderation and access control

Owners can review, hide, and restore photos and messages before sharing the final gallery. Hidden items are not visible in the guest-facing gallery while hidden.
